Anime Review: "Charlotte"
Anime Review: "Charlotte"
by Wilson Kosasih
"Anime is life". That's what animes mean to me, including this one. I'm bringing you the review of one of the summer's best rated anime in Japan, "Charlotte (シャーロット Shārotto)". This is absolutely one of my favorite anime, besides "Angel Beats". The reason is simple, both of the animes came from the same company, Key. The anime aired in Japan between July 4 until September 26, 2015. Without further a due, let's JUMP! to the review!
Charlotte's story takes place in an alternate reality of Japan, where Otosoka Yuu (voiced by Koki Uchiyama) realises that he can possess others, but only for a period of time. He thinks he is the only one who has that kind of power, but later he is exposed by Nao Tomori (voiced by Ayane Sakura) and forces him to transfer to Hoshinoumi Academy, where that is the place where all the ability-wielders are protected. Yuu later joins the student council and they have the task to find the others and save them from being a guinea pig for the scientists. And so Yuu's journey goes on to find the others!
Overall, this anime is very high-rated in Japan, and one of my favorite after "Angel Beats" on 2010. I recommend you to watch this anime since it's very interesting to watch. And as always, thank you for reading the post, feel free to comment, and have a good day guys!
