Paragon is a game from Epic Games who are famous for Unreal Tournament series & Gears of War series. This game itself is a 3rd-person MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) similar to Dota 2 and League of Legends, but with 3rd person camera. Interested in this game? Access the official website of the game for it's open beta here. But befor you play, you guys have to download Epic Games Launcher and download the game from there.
For the likes of me who could never played a MOBA game, this game is actually quite enjoyable and simple enough. Controls are easy to learn, game mechanics are much more simpler and understandable than other MOBA games (at least for me). And rather than buying items, this game uses cards assign to our hero. You can earn "Card Power" that you can use to upgrade your cards from killing enemies' minions and other heroes. The objective is simple: "Destroy enemies' core and protect your own core." in this 5v5 match.
There's a lot of heroes to choose from, Fighters, Casters, and Rangers. Each type of heroes has it's own good and bad. Fighters tend to be a tank on their team and lead his teammate to reach a tower. Casters and Rangers have a long-range weapons that can hit enemies from afar. Don't forget to farm, since this is a MOBA game, and farming is one of the most important aspects to do here.
Overall, for you guys who's a beginner on MOBA, you should definitely try this game. It's not as hard as it looks! It's fun and challenging, and your teamwork has to be good to win the match.
