Movie Review: Finding Dory

FINDING DORY Review

One of the most anticipated animation movie in 2016 has finally arrived in theatre and it is everything you hoped it would be!

Plot: Dory(Ellen DeGeneres) is a wide eyed fish that suffer from short term memory loss, the only thing she could remember is that she was separated from her parents when she was still a child. Here is a journey of Dory trying to find her parents which is filled with hilarious, heartwarming and epic moments filled in it.

Review:
So for anyone who haven't watched Finding Nemo or has already forgot some of the moments, do not worry as the movie will gave a bit of flashbacks in the movie which gave us a feeling of nostalgia. The movie itself present the same type of humor as Finding Nemo, What i loved about this movie is that here we got to learn about Dory's backstory where she struggle with her memory loss, losing her parent.Dory as a child-fish is pretty much cute and the character development is magnificent that you might actually brought to tears during the heartwarming moments.

Check out the trailer below:

Ellen DeGeneres did a great job as Dory and when you watch the movie, u'll see that Ellen really committed herself to the role.I mean, she loved being Dory and u can't imagine Dory being voice act by other person. The new character additions such as the Octopus and a bird called Becky brings a refreshing atmosphere to the movie. However, there'll be some moments that felt like a  dejavu where you will think that a certain scene might have occured before. And of course, i'm damn dissapointed that Sigourney Weaver only lent her voice..

As for the graphics visual, in my opinion, it improved a lot compare to Finding Nemo, although its not something to be surprised of due to how fast technology has grown these days.

Overall,I felt like this movie must not be missed if you're a fan of Finding Nemo, because this movie improves from its predecessor while also maintain its humor and charms.

As always, thanks for your support! Feel free to comment and stay tuned for another reviews!
